As software is digitally downloaded, it cannot be physically returned once purchased.
For this refunds are not usually offered, for example where you have changed your mind, decided 3 months later to no longer maintain your website, ‘only used the software once’ etc.
However, in exceptional situations, refunds are carefully considered on a case-by-case basis as follows.
The first step would be to notify me of any suspected issues or bugs with the software, or its functionality.
The majority of issues tend to be due to server limitations, and in 99.999% of cases, we are able to resolve any server or software issues – usually with a few minor tweaks to the way your system is setup.
If, after attempting to resolve any issues, and verifying an issue that cannot be resolved by adjusting your server configuration or the software itself, refunds will be offered where the following criteria are met:
– You requested the refund within 30 days of purchase
– The software has been demonstrated to not work with your setup
– You have given an opportunity to verify and resolve the problem
– Where necessary, you have updated your server configuration to enable the software to work (for example, switching from the very outdated PHP 5.3 to 5.6 or later)
